Terms & Conditions:
 

For Daytrips (Diving, Snorkeling, Tours) on “Blue Marlin”:

1.1 Wetzone Co. Ltd. will refund all monies paid by the customer where the Company itself cancels a trip due to weather conditions or other circumstances. For safety reasons, dive sites are subject to change with short term notice.

1.2 If a customer requires emergency evacuation and the boat must return to land, Wetzone Co. Ltd. shall not accept any financial responsibility for any ensuing itinerary changes.

1.3 The deposit paid by a customer to secure booking confirmation is non-refundable for customer cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the trip departure time (07:00). For any cancellations 48 hours prior to the trip departure time, Wetzone Co. Ltd. will refund the deposit minus an administration fee of 25 Euro. All transfer fees must be covered by the customer.

1.4 Prior to trip departure, the outstanding balance must be paid in full to Wetzone Co. Ltd. The outstanding amount will be non-refundable should the customer cancel less than 12 hours before trip departure time (20:00), or if the customer is a no-show on the day.

1.5 Cancellations up to 18:00 the day before departure can elect to dive/snorkel with Wetzone Co. Ltd. upon next availability without any cancellation fee.

1.6 No refund will be given if the customer decides not to dive due to ear problems, seasickness or any other reasons unrelated to the company.

1.7 The customer bears full responsibility of the rental equipment and is liable for any damage or loss.

1.8 Should the Instructor or Divemaster in charge decide that the customer lacks the basic skills required to dive safely, the company reserves the right to abort the dive. In this case, any monies paid for the tour are not refundable.

 

For Liveaboards (Safaris):

1.1 The company will refund all monies paid by the customer where the Company itself cancels a trip or course other than for reasons set out above. The Company shall not accept any financial responsibility for any itinerary changes or cancellations resulting from circumstances outside of the Company’s control, such as, but not limited to, those stated above.

1.2 If a customer requires emergency evacuation and the boat must return to land, the Company shall not accept any financial responsibility for any ensuing itinerary changes.

1.3 The deposit paid by a customer to secure booking confirmation is non-refundable for customer cancellations made less than 30 days prior to liveaboard departure (between 15:00 and 19:00).

1.4 Prior to trip departure, the outstanding balance must be paid in full to the Company. The outstanding amount will be non-refundable should the customer cancel less than 14 days before trip departure, or if the customer is a no-show on the day.

1.5 For customer cancellations made more than 30 days prior to trip departure, the Company will refund the deposit as well as any outstanding balance, if already paid, minus an administration fee of 25 Euro. All transfer fees must be covered by the customer.

1.6 No refund will be given if the customer decides not to dive due to ear problems, seasickness or any other reasons unrelated to the company.

1.7 If the customer chooses to skip dives for any reason unrelated to the company, there will be no refund.

1.8 If the schedule and dive site is changed due to weather conditions or other reasons beyond the Company’s control, there will be no refund.
